This year the usual Workshop activities of ICWL have been rerouted on the companion "1st International Symposium on
Emerging Technologies for Education" (SETE - http://www.isete.net/). SETE has also an organization of new Tracks: each track has an organizing person, appointed by the SETE "Symposium chairs". SETE is held in conjunction with ICWL, in the same days. Registration to ICWL grants the particpation also in SETE. The proceedimngs of the SETE Workshops and Tracks will be published in a volume of the Springer LNCS series (check on the SETE website). Workshop proposal and organization
The proposals of workshop should come to the SETE Symposium Chairs, according to the instruction published in the SETE web site. You can already submit your workshop proposal: submission is open. The last day for submitting a workshop proposal is the May 13th. The Workshop proposals will be examined by the Symposium Program Committee chairs and notification of acceptance is planned to be given after one week by the submission. Each workshop will manage its own dates for the process of submission and review of the papers. The only constraint is in that the camera ready version of the Workshop papers must be submitted by the Sept. 12th, and be accompanied, by the same deadline, with the full registration to ICWL2016 of at least one of the authors (unique registering author).
SETE Tracks
The tracks will be managed directly by the SETE Program COmmittee. The only important date that can be mentioned here is again the Sept. 12th, when camera ready version of the accepted papers must be submitted, and accompanied, by the same deadline, with the unique full registration to ICWL2016 of at least one of the authors (unique registering author). |
